An Encounter Between Symbols, Landscapes, and Silences
Beatriz Esguerra Arte is proud to present at ARTBO 2025 the works of seven distinguished Colombian artists who, through painting, drawing, and works on paper, explore the connections between nature, memory, and human experience.
The paintings of Camila Echavarría combine the natural world with mathematical precision, revealing the profound harmony underlying the universe. In the works of Carolina Convers, memory and identity unfold in images that act as inner mirrors, while Daniela Mejía constructs contemplative landscapes where time and the everyday flow slowly.
Known for his symbolism imbued with poetry, Pedro Ruiz creates universes where flowers, hammocks, and natural elements serve as metaphors of transformation and stillness.
Meanwhile, Teresa Currea, Angélica Chavarro, and Pablo Arrazola guide the viewer into inner worlds: Currea blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy; Chavarro invites inner silence through organic forms; and Arrazola explores the tension between boundaries and freedom with unsettling precision.
This exhibition brings together multiple perspectives that, from different artistic languages, converge in a shared impulse: to delve into both external and internal nature, to unravel the symbols that inhabit us, and to open a space of contemplation and balance for the viewer.

Ecos de la naturaleza
Un encuentro entre símbolos, paisajes y silencios
Beatriz Esguerra Arte se enorgullece de presentar en ARTBO 2025 las obras de siete destacados artistas colombianos que exploran, a través de la pintura, el dibujo y el trabajo en papel, las conexiones entre la naturaleza, la memoria y la experiencia humana.
Las pinturas de Camila Echavarría combinan el mundo natural con la precisión matemática, revelando la armonía profunda que subyace en el universo. En las obras de Carolina Convers, la memoria y la identidad se despliegan en imágenes que funcionan como espejos interiores, mientras Daniela Mejía construye paisajes contemplativos donde el tiempo y lo cotidiano fluyen lentamente.
Conocido por su simbolismo cargado de poesía, Pedro Ruiz crea universos en los que flores, hamacas y elementos naturales actúan como metáforas de transformación y quietud. Por su parte, Teresa Currea, Angélica Chavarro y Pablo Arrazola llevan al espectador hacia mundos internos: Currea diluye las fronteras entre realidad y fantasía; Chavarro invita al silencio interior a través de formas orgánicas; y Arrazola explora la tensión entre límites y libertad con una precisión inquietante.
Esta exposición reúne múltiples miradas que, desde diferentes lenguajes, convergen en un mismo impulso: indagar en la naturaleza externa e interna, desentrañar símbolos que nos habitan y abrir un espacio de contemplación y equilibrio para el espectador.
